Donna Gordin

Managing Director
PROFILE

Donna will always be a country girl at heart, born and raised in Esperance, followed by a stint in Kalgoorlie before moving to the city. Donna worked in various mining and hospitality industry roles before entering real estate in 1993.

Growing up, Donna's parents ran a small business where hard work and your word was all you had. With her positive attitude and strong desire to help people, Donna has carried these values to her own business, which she established in 2005.

Surrounding Donna is her highly valued work family, a handpicked team that’s been individually trained to ensure consistency. Donna and her team focus on building relationships with clients that will last a lifetime. With their goal to grow a business built on referrals, a recent assessment revealed that 82% of new business is from an existing client or a referral.

When she's not working seven days, her big heart sees her giving back to the community. Previously as Chair of Camp Kulin Charities Inc, Vice-Chair for Bridging the Gap and Relay for Life. She continues to volunteer with the Brentwood Village Town Team, and Donna's 'other love' outside of real estate is politics.

Since transitioning to strata, Alecia's drive for knowledge, has equipped her with a sound understanding of Strata properties.

Her proactive problem-solving skills and kind hearted nature, empower her to address the unique needs of strata properties.

She strives to help all owners understand their roles within their strata scheme, and to cultivate thriving communities that residents are proud to call home.

When Alecia is not working, she enjoys spending time with her two young children.

Jane Trinder

Operations Manager

Growing up on picturesque King Island in the Bass Strait, Jane developed a strong sense of community from an early age. This foundation shaped not only her values but also the way she approaches her work and the people she supports.

After finishing school, Jane served ten years in the Navy, where she built the discipline, resilience, and leadership skills that continue to guide her today. These qualities have become hallmarks of her professional life.

Transitioning into real estate after her Naval career, Jane has spent more than a decade building deep expertise across the property sector. Her calm, capable manner and dedication to service excellence have earned her the trust of clients and colleagues alike.

Having worked alongside Donna for over 10 years, Jane has grown into her current role as Operations Manager, where she oversees day-to-day systems and processes for the Strata Management team, along with the Trust Account function. She ensures financial accuracy across all strata schemes, supports managers operationally, and keeps the engine room of the business running smoothly.

Natalie is known for her attention to detail and her ability to tailor budgets, maintenance, and management plans to meet client needs. With a strong understanding of legislative frameworks, she provides clear, actionable advice and builds lasting relationships with owners to ensure optimal outcomes for all schemes under her management

Since stepping into the role of strata manager, Helen has been dedicated to understanding the unique needs and expectations of strata communities.
