Our History
Perth Strata Co. was officially established in 2023. Prior to this, strata management services were successfully delivered for several years under our associated real estate agency, Home 2 Home Realty.
The launch of Perth Strata Co. as a standalone brand was a strategic decision to provide a more focused, client-centric service, particularly tailored to the needs of small lot schemes. Our approach places a strong emphasis on education, transparency, and delivering cost-effective strata management solutions.
Since our establishment, we have experienced significant growth, expanding our portfolio from fewer than 15 schemes to over 150 schemes within three years. This growth reflects both the demand for our services and the trust placed in us by our clients.
