Shortly after we appointed Perth Strata Co. to raise the level of professionalism of our strata management, we discovered a major and costly defect in our building. In addition to bringing the management up to scratch in a way that our building is now well-maintained and our basic strata obligations are fulfilled, Donna has gone above and beyond in supporting us in rectifying the defect.  It has been a challenging (and still ongoing) journey, which without Donna and her team's support, knowledge and skills would have been so much harder. I’m chairperson for our COO, Donna goes above and beyond, our accounts were left in a mess by our previous strata management company and the fees are very affordable especially for a small scheme like ours.
