Our Mount Pleasant office is open Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm, and closed on weekends. During these hours you can call the office on (08) 6388 1189, or send us a message at any time using the enquiry form above.

After Hours

Outside office hours, call 0402 917 778. This number is for emergencies only: urgent problems with common property that cannot wait until the office reopens. If life or safety is at risk, call 000 first. Anything else can be sent through the enquiry form and our team will pick it up during office hours.

To help us action a maintenance request, please include:

  • a clear description of the issue and where it is
  • photographs of the problem, where you can take them safely
